Verathon^® is looking for a Technical Service Technician II to become the newest member of our Operations located in Bothell, WA. 

·        Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of products in accordance with the company’s quality system

·        Follow verbal and written instructions including procedures, Technical Service Manuals, drawings, diagrams, flow charts and pictures in completing a variety of troubleshooting, repair, and assembly tasks
·        Perform system level final acceptance tests
·        Maintain necessary service and device history records
·        Promote and maintain positive customer relations
·        Help in other areas of Technical Service as needed

·        High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
·        1-2 years related experience as Technician, Electronic or Mechanical Assembler
·        Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in English
·        Strong analytical skills
·        Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
·        Proven strong organizational skills and able to work with minimal to minimal supervision
·        Ability to use advanced electronic test equipment, hand tools, and solder irons
·        Strong productive work ethic and positive attitude
·        Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach repeatedly during shift
·        Ability to lift 10 pounds to shoulder height repeatedly, and 25 pounds to shoulder height occasionally
·        Ability to work in cross functional teams.

 

Salary range - $21.83- $30.00 per hour  (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).

 

Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon’s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
